Every client is unique and has specific requirements. We always work with our clients to define the relationship dynamics that match best to their business interests. Here we are presenting a high-level overview of various types of work settings we have with our clients and partners.

Project Work
If you are looking for a turnkey solution or you need varied resources to carry out your project then you can tap our services based on project-based setting. In this work setting, we define the number of hours required for the project work upfront and unless there is any drastic change in the project scope maintain the same number of hours irrespective of any contingency condition. In this number of hours, we do not include the time spent on testing or correcting the deliverables.

Dedicated Employees
If your work is well-defined and long term then you might want to employ a dedicated team of employees on our campus. For every such dedicated employee we deliver 160 hours of work per month at a reduced rate than our project based hourly fees but we need at least 6 months commitment from your side. In this arrangement, we also provide services of a time-shared project manager who ensures quality and scheduling of tasks.

Sub-contracting Work
If you have access to customers for multimedia work but you do not have in-house team to support the demands then you can rely on us for development support. We will be the perfect back end support partners for your business operation. We can work for a fixed share of revenue or charge you a fixed monthly fee for our development efforts.

Staffing Partnership
If you provide staffing solutions to your clients for permanent or temporary jobs then you can collaborate with us to have a dedicated employee as per your client’s requirement placed on our campus. We ensure that your client gets the quality resource at considerably lower costs and at the same time, your monthly commission percentage is much higher than what you get by placing a local employee.

Product Support
If you have a product targeted toward e-Learning, Multimedia, or Publishing industry then we can collaborate with you to develop/deliver value added services, provide product support, and manage your testing/maintenance operation. Depending on your requirements, we can collaborate on equity/profit sharing basis or fixed monthly fee basis.

Catalog Courses
We do not deliver any catalog courses and do not participate in any marketing efforts for catalog courses but if you have IP for the content of courses and you have an established distribution channel then we can put in upfront investment in developing interactive training modules for you. In this setting, as we are not paid unless the content is sold. Therefore, we pre-screen the projects and play a role in deciding scope of such a project.
